A booking deposit may be collected at the time of booking. This is applied to your original corresponding appointment when you receive your treatment. This is non refundable and forfeited if you do not make your originally scheduled appointment or show up 15+ min late, as we may no longer be able to accommodate due to time constraints. Special circumstances may be allowed to roll it over to your next appointment, but this needs to be discussed ahead of time and not assumed.
It’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services.
For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments are subject to the following terms:
- You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime in the 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment, less booking fees through your client portal (linked below).
- Less than 24 hours notice to reschedule/or cancel an appointment is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of $50
- If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or cancel within 4 hours of the appointment start time, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged up to 50% of the scheduled service(s) or a minimum of $100.
- Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
- Late arrivals (greater than 50% of the appointment time) may be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent out multiple times within the 48 hours proceeding your appointment start time via SMS and email, to the contact information given at time of booking.
Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client or applicable fees being charged
