If you do not like your dermal filler, there is a way to dissolve the filler. Hyaluronidase is a soluble protein enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acids in dermal fillers. The solution breaks up the bonds that hold the HA molecules and helps the body reabsorb these molecules. 

Once Hyaluronidase is injected, the dermal filler in the area begins to break down and soften. You may, however, more require hyaluronidase injections to remove the entire dermal filler.
